Tensions the weaver resolved

  • Plunge wanted at 6:30 and 7:00 → 6:45.
  • "Silence till noon" vs an 11:00 standup → standup moved to the talk-ok lane.
  • "Circling daily" vs critical mass → three evenings, protected.
Elicits well: trust — it's proof that stating a preference produces a schedule; it recruits (people see the plunge crew and want in).
Misses: nothing to collect; it needs P1–P5's data to exist.

The recommendation

Ship P5 as the channel — the workshop thread is where answers actually arrive, and the blank page (P1) is just its opening message. Ship P3 as the backbone — the schema the weaver fills in from the conversation, including who anchors what. Ship P6 as the artifact — posted on arrival day, it's the moment the questionnaire becomes a village. P2 and P4 become retreat-poster material and a warm-up question, not the instrument.
